We are pleased to announce that Stephanie Mah-Trottier is taking on the role of Director of Design and Sustainability, for Clayton Developments, effective immediately, reporting directly to myself.
Stephanie joined Clayton in 2017 as a Community Design Lead and has since been promoted to Urban Designer/Planner and then again to Senior Planner. Stephanie has played an instrumental role in planning approvals, neighbourhood design, home design, and overall community aesthetics.
In her new role, Stephanie will be responsible for the layout and site design of entire communities and individual sites, meeting the customer needs, and aligning with the market while ensuring that The Shaw Group is positioned to implement sustainable development strategies in its communities.
