Reminder - Shaw IT Services Update

Welcome to Shaw IT Services! 😊


We are now officially open for business. All IT support, questions or concerns should now be forwarded to the internal team using the appropriate channel discussed in my previous email (attached below).


I would ask everyone to please have patience during these initial days, as we are already experiencing an increased volume of support requests. While the team will be prioritizing and working on every request as quickly as possible, some requests might take longer than usual to be resolved. We are tracking all submitted requests through our ServiceDesk so rest assured you will not be forgotten!



To check on the status of your request(s), click the icon on your desktop, and then click on the link “Log in with SAML Single Sign On”. You can also click this link servicedesk.shawgroupltd.com to view your ticket status as well.
