We are pleased to announce that Nick Drover is now Operations Manager for Shaw Precast, effective immediately. He will report directly to Linda Tran-Blanchard.
As the Operations Manager, Nick will continue to spearhead the integration of Superior Walls into the Shaw Group value stream and provide leadership, strong technical and engineering expertise, and vast production experience to the Shaw Precast Production Team. The Operations Team and I are thrilled to have Nick join our operational excellence journey at Lantz founded on the Shaw Manufacturing Way.
